Mini Metta Meditation: How Nine Minutes Changes My Day

I haven’t updated my blog in far too long, but I’ve still been writing away. I wanted to share this piece that was recently published on BonBon Break. I’ve been working on bringing more mindfulness into my life (partially to counteract my obsessive interwebs checking!) and this is how a brief meditation can shift my whole day around. Thanks for reading, and happy Spring!

Your writing speaks to me, Lynn, even though I am a grandmother now. You have a deeeep mind. I like that. Thanks for your helping words. Carol
