In 2013, I lost my little Brother to an opioid overdose. Once being a big Sister, and now to being an only child to Divorced Parents, the feeling of loneliness as you’ve described still hits here and there… it’s definitely a long journey of finding your inner strength to keep moving forward in the most positive ways possible.
Thank you for sharing all of your beautiful heartfelt words. I know many of them all too well… right down to looking for a flickering light and waiting in the stillness of the night for a sign or answer showing he’s still with me…
Your words let me know I’m not alone in more ways than one ❤️

I’m so sorry, Shawna, for your loss. Thank you for your kind comment (and I apologize your comment took so long to get to– it went to spam for some reason!). Be well, and big hugs to you. <3
